How a build runs.
Five working days for a one-page site, fifteen for a fifty-treatment build across several states. The two things that slow it down are both on your side — content arriving late, and medical copy waiting for approval. Both are handled on Day 1 for that reason.
Five to fifteen working days
How long depends on how much there is to build. The call, the content hand-off and your review are the same on every package — only the build stretches.

Day 0
Call and advance
Fifteen minutes. I look at your current site and your booking platform, and tell you plainly whether this is worth doing. If it is, the advance reserves your slot.
Day 1
Config and content
You send treatments, prices, hours, provider bios and photos against a checklist. I write the treatment copy and you approve every medical claim in writing.
Day 2 onward
Build
Two days on a one-page site, up to twelve on a fifty-treatment build across several states. You get a Loom walkthrough at the end of each build day, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
Second to last day
Your review
The finished site goes up on a doctorbuilds.com subdomain. You go through it on your own phone and send changes. Two revision rounds are included and almost nobody uses the second. Nothing further is due until you approve it.
Last day
Live on your domain
You approve it, the balance clears, and only then does it move to your own domain. Search Console and Business Profile verified, and you get the accessibility audit as a PDF.
You approve it before you pay for it.
You have probably paid an agency up front and waited. That is not how this runs.
To start
The advance
$500 on Website, $1,000 on the larger builds. It reserves your build week in the calendar. Card payment.
While it is built
Nothing
You get a Loom walkthrough at the end of each build day, so you watch it come together rather than waiting to find out on Friday.
When it is finished
Nothing
The finished site goes up on a doctorbuilds.com subdomain. You open it on your own phone, click everything, and send changes. Two revision rounds are included.
Once you approve it
The balance
Only after you have seen the finished site and said yes. Nothing is due before that.
Then
It goes live
Connected to your own domain, Search Console verified, and yours. You never pay for something you have not already used.
What I need from you
There is a checklist and it takes most people about an hour.
- Treatments and prices
- Your full menu with what each one actually costs. This is the single thing that delays builds.
- Hours and location
- Including parking notes and which door to use — it cuts front-desk calls more than anything else on the site.
- Provider bios and credentials
- Board certifications, training, years practising, languages. Real detail, because it is your strongest ranking signal.
- Booking platform access
- Or just the public booking link if you would rather not share a login.
- Photos
- Yours if you have them. If not, I will direct a shoot or select stock to a written brief.
- Google Business Profile access
- Manager access so I can claim, categorise and optimise it.
Revisions
Two rounds are included and almost nobody uses the second. A round is one consolidated list of changes, not a running conversation — that is what keeps this five days rather than five weeks.
Copy, layout, colour, imagery and structure are all fair game. Rebuilding to a different design direction after approval is not a revision, and I will quote it separately rather than pretend otherwise.
Every medical claim on the site is approved by you in writing before launch. That is a contract requirement and it protects your licence as much as it protects me.
Two ways to start.
