Questions, answered straight.
Including the ones that are awkward to answer. If something here rules me out, better you find that now than on a call.
Everything people ask
Five to fifteen days? What is getting skipped.
Nothing is skipped — the discovery phase is. A one-page site is five working days; a fifty-treatment build across several states is fifteen. Most agencies spend three weeks on workshops and a strategy deck. I have already built the system; your build is configuration, content and design decisions against a template that has been tested. The timeline is real, and the two things that actually slow a build down are you sending content late and medical copy approval, which is why both are on the Day 1 checklist.
What if I do not like it.
You see it on Day 4 and you get two revision rounds. If after the first round you genuinely do not want it, you have paid 50% and you keep the design files, and we stop. I would rather refund half than argue you into a site you dislike.
Do I own it.
Yes — the code, the domain and the content. It is on your Vercel account or I move it to one. There is no licence and nothing stops working if you stop paying me. That is the difference between this and a Wix subscription.
I already have a site. Is this a rebuild.
Usually, yes. Run the scorecard first — if your current site loads fast, shows prices, takes bookings and has schema, you may not need me. If it fails four of six, patching it costs more than replacing it.
Are you in the US.
No. I am in India and I work US hours for calls. Everything is remote, which is also true of most US agencies at this price. If you need someone to walk into your practice, I am the wrong choice and I will say so on the call.
What happens after launch.
Nothing expires and nothing stops working. There is no monthly fee on either option, so after launch the site is simply yours. I am available hourly if you want changes later, and I will tell you honestly if I think you need ongoing help rather than selling you a retainer by default.
Why is the SEO one-time when everyone else charges monthly?
Because most of it is one-time work. The schema, the site structure, one page per treatment, the Business Profile categories and services — that gets built once and it stays built. The part that genuinely recurs is content and review generation, and a single-location practice with a good foundation can usually run on that foundation for a long time before it matters. Charging $500 a month for work that was finished in week one is common in this industry; it is not honest.
So I will never need to spend on SEO again?
I would not promise that. Your competitors keep publishing and Google keeps changing what it shows. What I can say is that the structural work is done and does not decay, so if you do invest again it is on content and reviews, not on rebuilding foundations you already paid for. I will tell you when I think that point has arrived.
Can it answer questions at night.
Yes — the online receptionist is included on All inclusive. It answers from your own content: hours, prices, parking, what a treatment involves, how long it takes, what the downtime is. When someone is ready it hands them to booking, and when it cannot answer it texts you rather than guessing.
Will the receptionist answer medical questions?
No, and you should not want it to. It will not tell anyone whether a treatment is right for them, what dose they need, whether something interacts with their medication, or whether a symptom after treatment is normal. It says it is an assistant, offers a consultation, and passes the question to you. A bot answering clinical questions on your site is your licence at risk, not mine — so it is built to refuse, and it refuses in a way that still books the appointment.
Does it store what people type?
No. Conversations are ephemeral and cleared when the window closes. It never asks for symptoms, conditions, medications or photographs, and nothing a visitor types is written to a database of mine. That is the same rule as the rest of the site: route and forget.
Will you take my competitor as a client.
Not in the same city. One practice per metro while you are a client.
What do you need from me.
Treatments and prices, hours, provider bios and credentials, your booking platform login or link, photos if you have them, and your Google Business Profile access. There is a checklist and it takes most people about an hour.
What if my booking software is not on your list.
Tell me on the call. The booking router deep-links, so anything with a public booking URL works. If you have no booking software at all, the consultation flow becomes your booking system, which is how about a quarter of practices start.
Two ways to start.
If you are ready
Fifteen minutes. I look at your site and your booking platform and tell you plainly whether this is worth doing.
