Privacy

This site runs no advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recorder and no advertising cookie. That is not a policy position I adopted for this page — it is the same standard I build into every client site, and it would be strange to sell it and not do it.

What is measured

Aggregate, cookieless page analytics via Plausible: page views, referrer, country and device type. No individual is identified and nothing is shared with an advertising network. You cannot be singled out in it.

What you send me

If you use the scorecard form or email me, I receive what you typed — your website address and your email address — plus the referrer, so I know whether you came from Instagram, a search or a direct link.

That goes straight to my inbox and phone. It is not written to a database, a CRM or a marketing list. When I have sent your report, I have no ongoing record of you beyond the email thread itself, which you can ask me to delete at any time.

What is never collected

• Health information of any kind. This is a studio site; there is no reason for it to touch that.
• Payment details. Deposits run through Stripe, which handles the card directly.
• Anything in a URL. Names and email addresses never appear in a query string.

Third parties

• Cal.com — the scheduler on the booking page. Loaded on that route only.
• Stripe — deposit payments, on the reserve page only.
• Plausible — cookieless analytics, no personal data.
• Vercel — hosting, which keeps standard server logs.

Your rights

Email hello@doctorbuilds.com to ask what I hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Since almost nothing is retained, this is usually a one-line answer.
